James was a great host. We stayed at his place for the Cotton Bowl on NYE 2025. I picked the place because we could walk home from the stadium after the game. Place was solid, even bigger than we needed. If you're in Arlington, seems like a great spot, we could have stayed longer, nice backyard, grill, etc.... thank you!

This was one of the best places we’ve booked over the years. The host is outstanding and the place is immaculate. The property is walking distance to the Cowboys stadium yet nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We will be returning for sure.

We (party of 4) were very happy with our stay. The primary purpose of our visit was to help our son move into UTA, and the location was perfect in this respect. There are also many restaurants and shops within a 10-15 minute walk. James was a friendly, helpful and very responsive host - any question was answered within minutes. Checking in was a breeze with clear, detailed instructions. The townhouse is spacious, thoughtfully amenitized, sparkling clean and bright, with the added bonus of generous outdoor seating/dining areas for gathering. It is nicely decorated and cosy. We would have been happy to just stay in and enjoy the many comforts offered in this gracious home. The AC was more than adequate even when temperatures soared past 100 degrees in the afternoon and the beds were so comfortable! We hope to be able stay here again on our next visit, and would highly recommend James' townhouse to anyone.

Thank you for a fantastic stay! Everything was so well thought out and the house was spacious and tidy. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood and easy to get to the AT&T stadium daily for our conference. James was super proactive, responsive and helpful :) Highly recommend for groups/families and would definitely stay again!

31 ft deep garage, driveway and plenty of street parking. So much within walking distance. Enjoy an easy stroll or take a short drive to local restaurants and attractions for the whole family.
